The Yikun Zheng (pronounced like "Zang") is a popular, versatile disc golf midrange disc produced by the Chinese manufacturer Yikun Discs. Designed as a reliable, stable-to-overstable "workhorse" midrange, it is widely utilized for its predictability, exceptional glide, and wind resistance.
Physical Design & Feel
The disc features a large diameter with a completely beadless rim. Its flat-top profile and smooth edge blend comfortably into the hand, making it uniquely well-suited for both backhand and forehand (sidearm) throws. True to Yikun's brand identity, the visual stamp on the disc typically features a stylized creature inspired by ancient Chinese mythology.
Performance on the Course
