The Essence is a fairway driver in Discmania's Evolution line. It has a rounded, semi-blunt nose that allows for controlled backhand and forehand throws, as well as roller shots. Some say it's a good choice for wooded courses where distance is still needed.
Some say the Essence is comparable to the Leopard or Heat. Others say it's a consistent disc that's good for both forehand and backhand throws.
